 Rob from ScrappyDew posted a new Video Tutorial showing you how to create Scalloped Borders in a couple easy steps. 

I created these borders using the Basic Shapes in the Sure Cuts A Lot program. Just a few shapes and you can create some really nice borders.

It's Make the Cut's 3rd anniversary! Yesterday they released a new Beta Version 4.3.1. You can find a Demo of the Rotating Shapes and Textures Here by ScrappyDew.
